Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

We manufacture our products in batches so there are times when inventory may run out. If the item is in stock, please allow up to 1‐2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process your order. If the item is on backorder, please refer to the lead time (manufacturing time) on the product page. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact your delivery time.

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 3% cancellation fee before credit is issued.

If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.

We ship around the contiguous 48 states with FedEx and UPS Ground. FedEx or UPS do not deliver to P.O. boxes/APO. The only shipping option available is the United States Postal Service. Please be aware that the United States Postal Service (USPS) has size restrictions on shipments going to APO’s and PO Boxes. If you have added a large item to your Shopping Cart and are unable to select USPS as the carrier, or if you are simply unsure if the package is probably too large to ship to your postal box then please contact us to assist you with your order.

If you select expedited shipping for your order, the carrier may not always guarantee on-time delivery. Factors such as weather conditions, transportation delays, and package handling errors can still cause delays in delivery. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.

IMPORTANT NOTE: UPS has suspended their Service Guarantee for 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select shipping services. Any delays are out of RV6's hands as we do not operate our own delivery service. No refunds on shipping will be issued for any delays incurred.

All international customers are responsible for any applicable duties, customs charges, or brokerage fees associated with your order. Customs duty and taxes are not included in the purchase price. 

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on retail orders over $199 shipped within the contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining states).

Exclusions:

-Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations
-Shipments to P.O. boxes
-Oversized or heavy items may be excluded from free shipping and may incur additional charges

Additional restrictions may apply. Shipping costs for excluded locations will be calculated at checkout.

DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEMS

The first thing you should do is take pictures to document the condition of the package when it arrived. Document all of the order contents and exterior packaging. Do not discard any boxes or packing materials. If there is damage during shipping, claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the package. Any delays may risk the claim being denied by the shipping company.  

STOLEN PACKAGES

RV6 Performance is NOT responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages. You may purchase shipping protection for your order.  

SHIPPING PROTECTION

You may purchase additional shipping protection upon checkout. Shipping protection covers against packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. Please refer to ShipTection FAQ or Route FAQ for more information.  

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

Refused shipments directed back to RV6 Performance without prior authorization do not constitute the right to a refund or credit. All freight charges associated with the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer and a 20% restocking fee will apply.
